Your loved one is cremated at a Sydney crematorium we work with to keep costs lower. While we aren't in the Dubbo region itself, Marc is based in regional NSW.

Care and Personal Touches
We encourage families to consider placing an item in the coffin such as photos, a handwritten note, or drawings from children.
If you would like your loved one dressed in particular clothing, we can arrange this for an additional fee (see below).
After the cremation, we arrange the death certificate promptly and can connect you with legal or grief support if needed. We provide resources to support you through grief and remain available in the weeks that follow.

How Our Pricing Works
We have a fixed Professional Services fee – everything else is at cost.
If your loved one passes away at Dubbo Base Hospital, we can manage the entire process ourselves for $2,699.
But if the Coroner is involved, the cost is $2,699 or less - we only pass on fees we actually incur.
For a death in an aged care facility requiring immediate transfer, we may need to work with a local funeral director to provide initial care. This would typically add about $500 to the total cost. We confirm actual costs with you before proceeding.
In each circumstance, we set aside part of what we receive to help families in need.
Is the Price Beyond Your Means?
We offer funeral cost support when needed, made possible by families who choose our standard fees. We can also point you toward charities and government programs that may help.
Memorial Service
Many families choose cremation-only and later hold a memorial service - a gathering without the coffin present.
A memorial can happen weeks or months later, giving time for loved ones to travel and gather in a church, a chapel at either Dubbo City Crematorium or Western District Memorial Park, garden, or other meaningful place.

What to Do with the Ashes
There's no rush to decide what to do with the ashes - families take anywhere from weeks to years.
