At Marc and Friends, we do things differently. Without the same overheads, our margin is almost entirely in our professional services. This means we can offer more affordable coffin options to families.

If you're looking for a straightforward choice, the Richmond Coffin — made from MDF with a paper veneer and available in different colours — is our least expensive option for a funeral, at $440 regardless of size.

We also offer a range of other coffins and caskets, including premium selections.

The most distinctive among them is the Waratah Casket, created in collaboration with a local artisan. Crafted with care from recycled timber, we submitted it to the 2025 Australian Good Design Awards in recognition of its thoughtful design.
