Need Help Dealing with Grief?
For many years, Marc has been unsatisfied with the care families receive after an arrangement with a funeral director. After the loss of his own mother, Marc saw a counsellor to help him in that process. Seeing a counsellor, psychologist, or community chaplain can be helpful, particularly when the loss is unexpected.

To get financial help with some mental health care, speak with your GP about a mental health care plan to subsidise up to 6 sessions to begin with (and up to 10 in a calendar year).
