For Families Referred by an Organisation

We believe a funeral is a service before it’s a business.

Most families choose our standard fees. Their choice makes it possible for us to offer Funeral Cost Support to families facing financial hardship — we cannot sustain these lower prices without that support.

We already offer a discount to families with limited means. There is a greater discount when a family is referred by an organisation we have an informal arrangement with.

Payment is needed before we can make arrangements. If you do not have the money, there are different ways you might be able to make it possible – see here.

    All cemetery fees need to be paid upfront, including plot and grave-digging fees.

Referring a family

If you are not part of an organisation we partner with informally, we ask that we be included amongst other funeral directors you suggest to families, regardless of their means. This helps us offer the deep discounts offered here to families with limited means.
